Toowong Harriers Athletics & Little Athletics Centre
Toowong Harriers Athletics Club, established in 1894, is proudly Queensland’s first athletics club and one of Australia’s oldest with an impressive lineage of State and National representatives.
As a Queensland Athletics (QA) and Queensland Little Athletics (LAQ) club we provide athletics pathways to the community from kids to masters (35yrs +) at all levels of ability to be involved in an active lifestyle to find the joy and benefits in athletics and running.
Our club operates year-round through the Summer Athletics and Winter Cross Country seasons with individual and team (relay) competitions, coaching and running opportunities for all members. As a club we are all about providing an inviting and supportive environment to find the best you.
Little Athletics 2024/25
Our LAQ summer season program of track and field events, held at Jack Cook Park for athletes aged 5-17, runs from August to March. Registrations for the 2024/25 season, will open in July/August via this link:

The QA XC season runs from April to July each year. This is an excellent opportunity for athletes of all abilities to improve their fitness in preparation for the school XC season. If this sounds like you, keep and eye out for 'Upcoming Events' in the section below.
